Here in AZ approximately 1 out of 150 homes is facing foreclosure. Realtytrac has over 9,500 homes listed in Maricopa County as bank owned. That’s allot of properties!

The site has been averaging about 100 visitors a day and around 3,000 each month. Revenue has been kind of slow, but I guess that is to be expected with the number of visitors.
